Let me share my Nov-Dec 2022 Walking Performance Review.
The main reasons for under performance are Greater Noida – Rajasthan Trip [ 25/11 – 21/12/2022 – 27 Days] – Richa’s marriage and 12 Nights / 13 Days Rajasthan Tour. During this holiday period, could accumulate 219134 Steps – 8116 Steps/Day. Remaining 34 days, accumulated 1224874 Steps with daily average of 36025 Steps/Day.
In view of the above, next Short/Medium Goals are revised –
>> Republic Walk [02/10/2022 – 26/01/2023] – 0.5 Marathon (21.1 KM/Day, 26375 Steps/Day) daily or more
>> Great America Rail Trail – 8th March 2023 – Advanced to – 14-02-2023
>> 55555 KM by 31th December 2022 – Revised Target 31-03-2023
>> 10th Year walking by 10th May 2023 – 56000 KM
>> 86 million Steps [Arthur Blessitt’s record walking over 50 years] by 31.12.2025 – Revised Target 31-12-2024
>> Medium term target of walking virtually from Cape Town, South Africa to Magadan, Russia – 22387 KM by 10th May 2026, started on 11th May 2022. Revised Target by 31-08-2025
In order to achieve above, I have to maintain daily average steps of 25000 Steps/Day [ 20.0 KM/Day Equivalent ].
I am sharing above as Public Pledge, self inspiration / motivation.
