May 2024 Walking Performance Review

Hi All,

Good Day…

Let me share my May 2024 walking performances. I have put myself into the limits. Accumulated 1,316,557 Steps.1053.2 KM..42470 Steps/Day.34.0 KM/Day. This is all time records in my 11 years walking career. Earlier records were in May 2023 with 38250 Steps/Day 30.6 KM/Day. I challenge myself to my own records of walking of May 2023.

  • > 45,000 Steps/Day – 7, 9, 10, 12, 14, 16, 17, 30, 31 è 9 Days
  • > 40,000 Steps/Day – 1, 3, 4, 5, 6, 8, 11, 13, 15, 22, 24, 25, 26, 28 è 14 Days
  • > 35,000 Steps/Day – 2, 18, 19, 20, 21, 23, 29 è 7 Days
  • > 30,000 Steps/Day – 27 è 1 Day

It’s a great feeling while overcoming my own records.

I could accumulate total of 81,462,723 Steps – 65170 KM, @ 1 KM = 1250 Steps since 11th May 2013. Daily average of 20169 Steps per day over 4039 Days.

To me, Every Step Counts as well as Matters. My Mission/ Vision – 1) Health for All and Priority,  2) Serve Others to Serve Self: Serve with Smile and Love,  3) Be The Truth and Be With The Truth Ever,  and so on.

Next Short/Medium Goals are as follows –

> Target (11064 KM) to complete “America Great Western Loop” – 65572 KM by 31-07-2024.

> Target to achieve 66666 KM by 30th September 2024

> 86 million Steps [Arthur Blessitt’s world record walking over 50 years] by 31.12.2025 – Revised Target 31-12-2024

> East Coast Greenway Trail – Maine to Florida ~ 3000 Miles (4830 KM) by 31/12/2024

> Republic, Escape, Independence and Gandhi Jayanti Walk – @ 25000 Steps/Day in 2024

> Medium term target of walking virtually from Cape Town, South Africa to Magadan, Russia – 22387 KM by 10th May 2026, started on 11th May 2022. Revised Target by 31-08-2025

> Sachin Tendulkar’s all format runs of 81742 Runs – KM by 31/12/2027.

To achieve above, I have to maintain daily average steps of 25000 Steps/Day [ 20.0 KM/Day Equivalent].

I am sharing above as Public Pledge, for self-inspiration / motivation.
