Let me share my latest walking achievement…
Accumulated 50546 Steps on 16th October 2023. This is the maximum of any day’s steps. This is 40.44 KM walking [@ 1250 Steps = 1 KM]
Next Short/Medium Goals are revised –
In order to achieve above, I have to maintain daily average steps of 25000 Steps/Day [ 20.0 KM/Day Equivalent].
I am sharing above as Public Pledge, for self inspiration / motivation.
