11th Year [11th May 2023 to 10th May 2024] and Others Walking Performance Review

Hi All,

Good Day…

Most of you all know that I am walking as daily rituals since 11th May 2013 and logging Steps data. On 10th May 2024 [yesterday], I completed my 11th year walking journey. Let me share the performance/achievements so far.

  • 11 Year Walking completion performance

Till yesterday (11 full year), accumulated 80,717,734 Steps (8.07 crores), 64,457 KM with daily average of 20,053 Steps/Day, about 16.04 KM/Day over 4018 Days (11 years).

  •  11th Year Performance:
  • > Target 7500 KM – 25615 Steps/Day –  49 KM/Day
  • > Actual 7545 KM – 25,768 Steps/Day – 20.62 KM/Day
  • > Overall Annual Average, 64,457 KM /11 = 5860 KM/Year
  • > 11th Year performance 127% of annual average

 

  • Escape Walk, 26th January to 10th May 2024 (106 days):
  • >Target 2120 KM – 25000 Steps/Day –  00 KM/Day – 2650000 Steps
  • > Actual 2694 KM – 31,768 Steps/Day – 25.41 KM/Day – 3367421 Steps
  • > Overall, 127% performed.

To me, Every Step Counts as well as Matters. My Mission/ Vision – 1) Health for All and Priority, 2) Serve Others to Serve Self: Serve with Smile and Love, 3) Be The Truth and Be With The Truth Ever, and so on.

Next Short/Medium Goals are as follows –

  • >Target (11064 KM) to complete “America Great Western Loop” – 65572 KM by 31-07-2024.
  • > Target to achieve 66666 KM by 30th September 2024
  • > 86 million Steps [Arthur Blessitt’s record walking over 50 years] by 31.12.2025 – Revised Target 31-12-2024
  • > East Coast Greenway Trail – Maine to Florida, USA ~ 3000 Miles (4830 KM) by 31/12/2024
  • > Republic, Escape, Independence and Gandhi Jayanti Walk – @ 25000 Steps/Day in 2024
  • > Medium term target of walking virtually from Cape Town, South Africa to Magadan, Russia – 22387 KM by 10th May 2026, started on 11th May 2022. Revised Target by 31-08-2025
  • > Sachin Tendulkar’s all format runs of 81742 Runs – KM by 31/12/2027.

To achieve above, I have to maintain daily average steps of 25000 Steps/Day [ 20.0 KM/Day Equivalent] over next couple of years to clock 100,001 KM walking by 31/12/2030.

I am sharing above as Public Pledge, for self-inspiration / motivation.
