Maximum Daily Walking Steps Accumulation, 48585 Steps on 14th December 2021

While chasing my internal walking target (15/12/2021), I push myself into limits on 14th December 2021. On 13/12/2021, I had planned myself for long walk during morning and evening as much as possible – also walking throughout the day whenever opportunity arises. Accordingly, I woke up 4:58 AM alarm and ready to walk by 5:15 AM on 1AA Anupama terrace, rooftop. Day long walking details are as follows:

  1. 05:15 – 07:45 AM – 2 Hr 30 Min – 20509 Steps – Regular walking
  2. 08:30 – 10:30 AM – 50 Min – 5386 Steps – Fish Market for buying fish etc
  3. 12:30 – 12:45 PM – 15 Min – 1817 Steps – Visited Axis Bank, Airport Branch
  4. 04:12 – 06:52 PM – 2 Hr 40 Min – 21300 Steps – Regular walking

Devoted about 375 minutes [ of entire day ] with 48585 Steps accumulation, about 38.9 KM walking equivalent.

Someone may ask what do you do while doing so long duration walking? Please note the following clarifications:

  1. I am using 2 phones – Samsung S10+ and Redmi
  2. Both having SBH (Step Bank of Health) Pedometer and Virtual World Travel (VWT) Apps
  3. Chosen virtual trails – S10+: Singapore PIE and Netherlands;    Redmi : Malaysia and Brunei Darussalam
  4. During my regular walking (Morning & Evening), I was getting continuous announcement of Milestone, Important places of the concern trail – Every 15 min
  5. While doing regular walking, I do walking meditation, prayer, chanting inspiring quotes etc for 90 minutes during each walking session.
